深模型承載帶:
複雜與深模的口袋設計對U-PAK已有多年設計經驗來說，我們是權威，符合EIA規範要求,如展角、肋條、平台、擋點、角度及特殊形狀設計等，都能讓元件受到最佳保護。擁有多種的專業成型技術，載帶寬度可達104mm，口袋深度成型可超過25mm。
1. Introduction
The raw material of our product, is a PS multi-layers carrier tape blended with carbon black materials. This product has two prominent properties 1) size stability, and 2) static dissipation, which protects static sensitive components.

2.Tensile strength measurement: The test standard is referred to ASTM D-882 and is proceeded under 23℃ and 50% RH condition. The testing rate is 5 mm/min.。
3.Surface resistance is measured under 23℃ and 50%RH.
3. Sealing Test
Carrier tape is applicable to different sealing temperature with superior stability. It is also compatible with different types of cover tape such as heat activated cover and pressure sensitive cover. The sealing temperature depends on the actual condition. Many factors will affect the performance of carrier tape such as sealing machine, sealing tools, sealing type, sealing pressure, time interval, sealing times and cover tape.
4. Storage
Our carrier tape should keep in indoor environment without sunlight exposure. The expiration date is 2 years under the condition of 25oC±10℃ and 70% RH.
