UP-175系列:
是一具有雙面抗靜電，均一封合黏著力，透明的熱封上帶。適用於包裝各電子元件，膠面配方具高穩定性，封合後不會造成開帶或沾黏零件導致零件掉落，雙面均經過抗靜電處理，不致有零件吸附或靜電損害之困擾。
UP-176系列:
是一具有半導電特性，均一封合黏著力，透明的熱封上帶。適用於包裝各電子元件，膠面配方具高穩定性，封合後不會造成開帶或沾黏零件導致零件掉落，雙面均經過抗靜電處理，不致有零件吸附或靜電損害之困擾，膠面特殊抗靜電配方，使其在低濕度使用環境下，仍可保持抗靜電特性。
1. Introduction
UP-175/UP-176 Heat Activated Antistatic Cover Tape is made of PET film and special multi-layer adhesive. It has the advantages of long-term antistatic property, applicable to High Speed Taping, superior stability and compatible with most types of carrier tape.
2. Specifications
The appearance of UP-175/UP-176 is roll-shaped with plastic axle. Each roll of UP-175/UP-176 is rolled up to 300~500 meters and is applicable to all EIA standard carrier tape width. The standard widths are as follows:

3. Package
UP-175/UP-176 is packaged with paper axle with plastic material covered. Each cardboard box capacity is as follows:

4. Physical Properties*1
NOTE

2.The actual sealing temperature may be affected by many factors, such as sealing machine, sealing tools, sealing type, sealing pressure, time interval, sealing times and carrier tape.
3.Tensile strength measurement: The test standard is referred to ASTM D-882 and is proceeded under 23 oC and 50 % RH condition. The testing rate is 500 mm/min.
4.Surface resistance is measured by resistivity meter under 23oC and 50%RH.
5. Sealing Test
UP-175 is applicable to different sealing temperature with superior stability. It is also compatible with different types of carrier tape such as Conductive PS, Conductive ABS, and Transparent PS. The sealing temperature depends on the actual condition. Many factors will affect the performance of UP-175 such as sealing machine, sealing tools, sealing type, sealing pressure, time interval, sealing times and carrier tape.
UP-176 is applicable to different sealing temperature with superior stability. It is also compatible with different types of carrier tape such as Conductive PS, Conductive PC, Transparent PC, Transparent PS. The sealing temperature depends on the actual condition. Many factors will affect the performance of UP-176 such as sealing machine, sealing tools, sealing type, sealing pressure, time interval, sealing times and carrier tape.
6. Storage
UP-175/UP-176 should be kept in indoor environment without sunlight exposure. After its being shipping, the expiration date is 1 year under the condition of 30oC and 70% RH.
