Mini Tape：
材料と工程技術の両方を駆使し、精密微小部品に特化した開発が行われました。公差ゼロと最小円弧角度の加工能力により成形寸法を制御し、ラチェットホールの優れた安定性により、部品のキャリアテープ内での振動を最小にします。このように設備の定位効果を最適な状態に保ち、Wall Standの特許設計により、部品がポケットから出ないようにし、ウェハの粘着を防ぎます。
1. Introduction
The raw material of our product is a PC carrier tape blended with carbon black materials. This product has two prominent properties 1) size stability, and 2) static dissipation, which protects static sensitive components.

2.Tensile strength measurement: The test standard is referred to ASTM D-882 and is proceeded under 23℃ and 50 % RH condition. The testing rate is 5 mm/min.
3.Surface resistance is measured by resistivity meter under 23℃ and 50 % RH.
3. Storage
Our product should keep in indoor environment without sunlight exposure. The expiration date is 2 years under the condition of 25oC±10℃ and 70% RH.
