Mini Tape:
Mini Tape is an innovative process developed that combines materials expertise and engineering technology to specifically target precision and tiny components. The forming size is controlled by the processing capacity close to zero tolerance and the minimum arc angle, and the super-optimal stability of the ratchet hole is used to minimize the shaking of the component in the carrier tape and achieve the best positioning effect of the device. Wall Stand patented design can prevent parts from slipping out of the pocket and reduce the chance of sticking crystals.
1. Introduction
The raw material of our product is a PC carrier tape blended with carbon black materials. This product has two prominent properties 1) size stability, and 2) static dissipation, which protects static sensitive components.

2.Tensile strength measurement: The test standard is referred to ASTM D-882 and is proceeded under 23℃ and 50 % RH condition. The testing rate is 5 mm/min.
3.Surface resistance is measured by resistivity meter under 23℃ and 50 % RH.
3. Storage
Our product should keep in indoor environment without sunlight exposure. The expiration date is 2 years under the condition of 25oC±10℃ and 70% RH.
