U-PAK is the first company in Taiwan, which are capable of mass production for ACF. Besides that, it has a proficient production process and stable excellent quality. U-PAK has long invested in special formulation research and technical improvement in the structural process, which can effectively increase the capture rate of conductive particles and the reliability of the product. In additional, U-Pak focus on independent development of key raw materials simultaneously to achieve vertical integration and technological autonomy.

 

Conductive Particle is the most critical material of ACF. U-PAK’s own advanced technology developed the first nickel-gold conductive particle with resin as the core in Taiwan.It can be applied to anisotropic conductive adhesive (ACF or ACP), or other applications in the optoelectronic industry, with various particle sizes and specifications, and can provide customized services according to needs.
